SOLUTION: The invention relates to a paperboard having a surface layer， a back layer， and one or a plurality of intermediate layers arranged between the surface layer and the back layer， wherein the paperboard is characterized by that 10-point average roughness (Rz) of the surface on the surface layer is 14 μm or over and 20 μm or under and PPS smoothness is 6 or over and 10 or under.
