Shotgun lipidomics of mouse liver with adenovirus mediated PNPLA3-I148M overexpression in WT mice.

10-week-old female C57BL/6J wildtype mice were maintained on chow diet and infected with Ad-null or Ad-FLAG-PNPLA3-I148M virus via retroorbital injection at 5x10^8 PFU/mouse.
