Total primary energy supply (TPES) is made up of production + imports - exports - international marine bunkers +/- stock changes. Crude oil, natural gas liquids, refinery feedstocks comprises crude oil, natural gas liquids, refinery feedstocks, and additives as well as other hydrocarbons (which are shown separately in the row "from other sources" in the Energy Statistics of OECD Countries publication). A KTOE is defined as 41.868 TJ (Terajoules) or 11.630 GWh (Gigawatt-Hour).
