Endangered Species Act Section 7(a)(2) Biological Opinion and Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Essential Fish Habitat Response for the Port of Columbia County Scappoose Marina Improvements, Warren, Columbia County, Oregon (NWP-2011-95-1) PoCC Scappoose Bay Marina Improvements

Port of Columbia County requests a 10-year permit to conduct improvements of its Scappoose Bay Marina. Work will include removal of opaque over- and in-water structures and replacement with grated equivalents, removal and replacement of a boat ramp, reducing and repaving of associated parking lot, installation of stormwater treatment, compliance to ADA access, and removal of 31 creosote piles, replaced by 28 18-inch steel piles (vibratory and impact driving).
