High-tensile-strength reinforcing bars are widely used in building structures such as high-rise buildings, bridges, large stadiums and other construction scenarios in the construction industry. Since high-tensile-strength reinforcing bars can withstand greater loads, they can enhance the safety and stability of building structures. This dataset can be used to conduct safety evaluation of the qualified status of reinforcing bar tensile strength, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer safety. 1. Data Collection: Collect information such as the names and types of reinforcing bar samples; 2. Tensile Strength Qualification Detection: Obtain relevant tensile strength data results by testing the tensile strength of reinforcing bars. The tensile strength of reinforcing bars is calculated as σ = Fb/S₀, where Fb is the maximum force borne by the reinforcing bar when it breaks, and S₀ is the original cross-sectional area of the reinforcing bar; 3. Data Processing: Screen out the problematic detection results of reinforcing bar tensile strength to evaluate the safety of reinforcing bars. The standard value of reinforcing bar tensile strength is 1.25. Compare the measured tensile strength value X with the standard value: a result with X > 1.25 is judged as qualified, while a result with X < 1.25 is judged as unqualified. After detection, count the number of problematic tensile strength test results Y, and calculate the total number of tensile strength tests Z. The unqualified discovery rate of reinforcing bar tensile strength is calculated as R = Y/Z × 100%; 4. Data Application: The problematic detection results of reinforcing bar tensile strength can be used as the basis for reinforcing bar safety evaluation, providing technical support for regulatory departments to carry out supervision work.
