Pseudo-haploid PLINK Dataset from “Gone with the Wind: exploring a vanished rock dove, Columba livia, hybrid zone in the Sahara Desert"

This dataset contains PLINK files representing the pseudo-haploid genotype data used in the study "Gone with the Wind: Exploring a Vanished Rock Dove (Columba livia) Hybrid Zone in the Sahara Desert." SNP calling was performed on the first 128 scaffolds, each with a minimum length of 1 Mb. These files were filtered by removing transitions and sites with a minor allele frequency below 0.01.
