资源简介:
This study evaluates the effect of NLR status (NLRX1; NLRP12) on maintaining the gut microbiome following adherence to a gluten-free diet (GFD). NLRX1-/-, NLRP12-/-, and wild-type mice were maintained on either a GFD or normal diet for three generations. Fecal pellets were collected from 6 month old mice. Bacterial genomic DNA was extracted using DNeasy PowerSoil HTP 96 Kit and sequenced using Illumina Miseq to characterize the bacterial composition. All mice used were 6 months old and maintained on a C56Bl/6J background.
