ORG.one project - Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae)

Rapid sequencing of the critically endangered Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae) as part of the ORG.one project https://org.one/oo. We provide raw Oxford Nanopore Technology pod5 signal data. Sequence data was generated from an adult female individual at Twycross Zoo, Warwickshire, UK. We also provide a genome assembly and annotation generated using the Nanopore sequencing data.
