ALCYONE DATASET

This dataset collects the experimental data supporting the manuscript on the ALCYONE modular Lab-on-Chip platform with integrated hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) photosensors and thermal sensors for real-time bioluminescence monitoring in microgravity-compatible bioreactors. The data include bioluminescence measurements from engineered cells (WP2), characterization of on-chip photosensors and thermal sensors, pressure/position acquisitions from the microfluidic chamber, and thermocamera acquisitions used to validate the active thermal control of the four-chamber lab-on-chip device (WP3).
