The male sterility of a wheat thermosensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) line is strictly controlled by temperature. We used microarrays to identify genes that play pivotal roles in anthers during cold-stress hypersensitivity. Anthers were selected at five developmental stages from BS366 under fertile and sterile conditions for hybridization with the Affymetrix GeneChip Wheat Genome Arrays
