The dataset consists of GaoFen-2 (GF-2) remote sensing imagery of Beijing Daxing International Airport acquired in 2020, with a spatial resolution of 1 meter. The GF-2 satellite is the first civilian optical remote sensing satellite independently developed by China with a spatial resolution better than 1 meter. It is equipped with two high-resolution cameras: a 1-meter panchromatic camera and a 4-meter multispectral camera. With sub-meter spatial resolution, high positioning accuracy and rapid attitude maneuvering capabilities, it effectively improves the satellite's comprehensive observation performance and reaches the international advanced level. This is currently the civilian land observation satellite with the highest resolution in China, with a nadir spatial resolution of up to 0.8 meters, marking that China's remote sensing satellites have entered the sub-meter "Gaofen Era".
