Human Fecal 16S rRNA Sequencing Data

This dataset contains bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequencing data obtained from fecal samples of 40 patients with chronic liver disease, including 28 cases with confirmed bacterial infections and 12 non-infected controls. The sequencing analysis characterizes the gut microbiota composition and diversity differences between these two clinical groups.
