RNA-seq data of ramie's top bud and stem bark

To clarify the specific molecular regulation to ramie’s phloem fiber cell wall synthesis, here we adopted a new method to collect samples from ramie’s shoot. The stems of ramie were truncated into three parts, top bud (TB), internodes elongating region (ER) and internodes fully elongated region (FER), Then leaves were got rid of from these three truncations. And top bud with inseparable juvenile leaves and barks from ER and FER were harvested to perform tissue cross sections and to extract RNAs.
