This dataset contains processed .h5ad files generated by the EksiLab for spatial analysis of axons and neighboring cell populations in prostate cancer tissue. The deposited files include axon-level and cell-level AnnData objects from two clinical cohorts: the OHSU radical prostatectomy (RP) cohort and the UCL active surveillance (AS) cohort.
