mRNA-seq of phalanges at stages E16 and E17 of the mouse

We used next-generation sequencing to study the skeletal development process of digits in the fore- and hindlimbs by comparing transcriptomes generated from phalanges of digits 1 and 2 from the mouse. Mouse phalangeal samples of digits 1 and 2 were pooled from 20 individuals at E16 and 10 individuals at E17, and mRNA-seq data were obtained by Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
