The Role of Uridine Glucuronosyl transferase 2B28 (UGT2B28) in Prostate Cancer Progression

To understand the effect of UGT2B28 on organoid formation, we generated lentiviral-mediated UGT2B28 knockdown and rescue (by overexpressing UGT2B28 in the knockdown background) in LNCaP cells. These engineered cells were then allowed to spontaneously form organoids in a low attachment setting. We then performed transcriptomics on the organoids.
