Amphipod and Aquatic Insect Distribution in Tributaries of Lake Constance

These data has been collected and analysed as part of my master thesis supervised by Prof. Dr. Florian Altermatt. This dataset contains taxonomic composition and abundance data for aquatic macroinvertebrates sampled in 12 headwater streams in Switzerland. The data were collected following the protocol by Stucki et al. (2019). Additionally, there is data on the feeding guilds of the macroinvertebrates and their quality class in regard to water quality. The folder also contains the used R scripts and the scans of field sheets, field book and lab book.
