Supplementary data for: An evidence-traceable framework for assessing passive design in Lagos high-rise offices This dataset supports a study that develops the Integrated Passive Design Assessment Framework (IPDAF) and applies it to two office towers in Lagos, Nigeria: Alpha One Towers (Eko Atlantic) and Kings Tower (Ikoyi). IPDAF scores passive design across seven domains using documentary evidence. Raters record readings for 25 defined criteria; fixed points convert those readings into domain scores, and missing evidence is reported as a range rather than a low score. Three architects scored both buildings independently, and their agreement was measured before the readings were reconciled.
