Transcriptome sequencing of GA3 induced seed dormancy release on Suaeda glauca

Suaeda glauca produces dimorphic seeds in the same plant, including brown seeds with non-dormant characteristics and black seeds with intermediate physiological dormancy traits. GA3 can effectively promote the germination rate of black seeds. in this study, Transcriptomic profiles of black seeds with and without GA3 treatment at different germination stages were analyzed and compared.
