Human Exon 1.0 ST Affymetrix array data from SHSY-5Y cells. SAFB1 function

Human Exon 1.0 ST Affymetrix array data was collected from from SHSY-5Y 24 hrs after transfected with anti-SAFB1 siRNA and control siRNAs. RNA was extracted with Ambion mirVana™ miRNA Isolation Kit using total RNA protocol. Samples were enzymatically fragmented and biotinylated using the WT Terminal Labeling Kit (Affymetrix) and samples hybridized using Affymetrix hybridization kit materials. The data was then processed using AltAnalyze and significant expression changes greater than 1.5 archived.
