To investigate common genes regulated by Zfh1 and FoxO, third-instar nymphs were microinjected with dsZfh1, dsFoxO, and dsGfp, respectively. Thoraxes were dissected from 48-54 h fifth-instar nymphs with three replicates, denoted as Zfh1-T, FoxO-T and Gfp-T. Total RNA isolated from each sample was sequenced on Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform.
