Aryl hydrocarbon receptor dynamically regulates inflammatory and secretory gene pathways in decidual endometrial stromal cells

We report sequencing of chromatin immunoprecipitated DNA (ChIP-Seq) of Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR) targets from decidual stromal cells with kynurenine treatment and normal decidualization media We report Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR) ChIP-Seq from decidual cells in normal decidualization media and after one hour 100 µM L-kynurenine treatment. We also sequenced ChIP input samples for each of the four experimental samples. Before kynurenine treatments endometrial stromal fibroblasts were in vitro decidulization with cAMP and progesterone (MPA) for 2 days.
