Leading channels to shop during the holiday shopping period Asia 2023, by country

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in November 2023, shopping both online and in physical shops was the most popular shopping channel during the holiday shopping period in most surveyed Asian countries. In comparison, 55 percent of the respondents in China preferred shopping online only compared to 45 percent using both online and physical channels as of November 2023.
