Raw and Assembly sequences and Sanger sequencing peaks for validating long-read epicPCR adaptability

We applied long-read epicPCR to target one efflux pump gene tmexD, one IS6 family insertion sequence IS1216E and six clinically important ARGs in pure bacterial cultures. Final nested PCR products were subjected to Sanger sequencing and resulting raw sequences, assembled sequences were uploaded in figshare. The .ab1 files can be accessed using software BioEdit.
