The Global Ecosystem Water Use Efficiency (WUE) dataset is calculated based on Gross Primary Productivity (GPP, ecosystem total primary productivity) and Evapotranspiration (ET, ecosystem evapotranspiration) derived from the PML-V2 model, with the calculation formula: WUE = GPP/ET. This is an annual dataset with a spatial resolution of 0.05°, covering 16 periods from 2003 to 2018.
