The color of berry skin is an important economic trait of grape, which is determined by the composition and concentration of anthocyanins in the berry skin. However, the anthocyanin accumulation of grape berry skin is obviously affected by light. In order to explore the mechanism of light regulating anthocyanin accumulation in grape, we perform a transcriptome analysis in red Vitis vinifera cultivar Red Globe.
