Analyses of the composite yield per recruit model CYPR14: Input parameters, R scripts, and outputs for the application species

Growth parameters, R scripts, and analysis outputs that were the basis of the paper Munyandorero –Analyses of the composite yield per recruit model CYPR14 for inferring plausible fishing mortality targets of fish in the tropics, are provided for the application species, Lake Tanganyika’s Lates stappersii and Lake Victoria’s Lates niloticus. The file “ReadMe.txt” found in the “Rprogs” folder may be of interest for an analysist who would run the various R scripts.
