Mid-infrared imaging data of tissue sections

This record contains Mid-infrared imaging raw data of tissue sections (kidney, spinal cord, spheroids, brain). The data was acquired on a Hyperion II ILIM system. Detailed information on the data files are given in the "Sample Notes.pdf" and "Meta Data.txt" document. Additional information is provided in the pre-print/published version of the manuscript. The overview images (*.tiff) were acquired in single wavenumber mode at 1656 inverse cm. The hyperspectral images were acquired in sweep scan mode refl. 954 - 1802 inverse cm, step size 4 inverse cm, resolution 8 inverse cm and either 4x, 15x or 20x objective (see Sample Notes). Additionaly, iprm-PASEF derived MS2 data is available as raw data file (Bruker Daltonics format), since imzML exports would provide the loss of mobility-resolved information.
