The 1987–2017 offshore China wave reanalysis dataset was developed through 30-year numerical simulation and reproduction of significant wave heights in China's offshore waters, then optimized by integrating satellite data products to form a dataset of wave heights and periods in offshore China. All data is stored in MATLAB (.mat) format.
