Korean Hanwoo and Jeju Black Cattle (JBC)Dataset Overview:This dataset contains genomic data from a group of Korean Hanwoo and Jeju Black Cattle. It includes genetic information from 19,153 Hanwoo steers, 6,200 Hanwoo cows, 676 JBC steers, and 654 JBC cows.Files Included:binary_jh: This file contains the genotypic data of the Korean Hanwoo and JBC population in PLINK Binary format.Purpose of the Dataset:The main purpose of releasing this dataset is to enhance the scientific understanding of Korean Cattle.
