The full title of the series is: County Court Register (Part III) Probate and Administration.It served as a register of applications to the Supreme Court for Probate through the (local) County Court. Each entry in the register consists of many details about the application.Information in the register includes: case number, date of application, name and last address of deceased, description and value of property, names and addresses of plaintiff and practitioner, defendant or caveator, order or decree and to whom granted, date certificate and will fowarded to Master in Equity, names of obligors, date proceedings remitted to Supreme Court, appeal and results, remarks and date when inventories filed by executors.
