This folder contains the data presented in Figure 2 B. For unbinding rates 0.01/s , 0.11 /s and 0.16 /s and unbinding force 16 pN, 25 pN and 35 pN. Each of the subfolders within the folder contains data for each combination of parameters showed in Figure 2 B. The naming conventions of the folders are following the parameters. As an example the data for the parameters unbinding rate 0.01/s and unbinding force 25 pN is saved in the folder named "unbinding_rate_0p01_unbinding_force_25". The list of breaking forces is saved in files named BreakingForce.txt. The pre-processed data used of the quantification: force over time for every of the 100 independent trial is saved in files named combined_midforce_abs.txt. And the cytosim configuration files which can be run using the software cytosim are named config.cym.
