Nutrient cycles in transition: C:N:P stoichiometry by forest conversion to plantations

This dataset obtained  667 paired observations from 122 studies (see Appendix S1 and Dataset S1 for the list of the studies and data sources, Figure 1). For each site, we extracted the means, the number of replications, and standard deviations of the C:N, N:P, and C:P ratios of plants (including leaves, litter, and roots), soils, enzyme activities as well as soil microbial biomass C:N:P ratios, if reported.
