Three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method was employed to simulate the electric field intensity distribution at the ends of nanowires with diameters of 60 nm, 200 nm, and 300 nm under femtosecond laser irradiation.The simulated electric field distributions for silver nanowires under femtosecond laser irradiation are provided in separate files: 60nm.txt, 200nm.txt, and 300nm.txt for diameters of 60, 200, and 300 nm, respectively, and vertical_nanowires.txt for the vertical nanowire configuration.
