To decipher the molecular landscape of lateral bud outgrowth, we performed genome-wide expression profiling studies. Using RNAâseq after GA3 or BA treatment at node 1 of three-week-old J. curcas seedlings, we investigated global transcriptome changes in the axillary buds.
