Single Cell sequencing analysis of adult SP-C BRICHOS mice lung epithelium

We report the single cell RNA sequencing of the lung epithelium of mice expressing the SP-C BROCHOS mutation (SP-C C121G) at 3 and 7 days after tamoxifen induced mutation expression. The control sample for this experiment are mice hypomorphic for the SP-C mutation (SP-C C121Gneo). This study allow for the identification of unique lung epithelial cell states that emerge following SP-C mutation expression EPCAM+ sort of whole lung single cell suspensions was loaded into 10x genomic platform for single cell RNA sequencing
