The survey contains seven sections. Section 1 contains introductory statements about the purpose of the survey and the researcher’s commitment to research ethics and participants confidentiality. Section 2 seeks information about the demographics and university contexts of the participants. The remaining sections cover statements collected from the literature about (a) <i>the participants overall experiences with assessment at the university, (b) feedback design, (c) beliefs about feedback, and (d) feedback practices</i>.
