This article introduces EggI-Nnovation, a novel product lifecycle management framework inspired by the biological structure of an egg. The framework is composed of three interdependent phases: the Yolk (vision and viability), the Protein Mass (agile development and iteration), and the Shell (go-to-market and adaptation). It provides a holistic structure that integrates concept validation, iterative refinement, and market feedback into a seamless cycle. This article outlines the framework's structure and presents a case study of a digital product catalog transformation at a major wireless service provider, where the application of EggI-Nnovation resulted in a 30% reduction in time-to-market and a 25% decrease in service escalations. This work provides a new model for managing complex technology products, ensuring that innovation is strategically aligned from inception to long-term evolution.
