Effect of gyrification on regional specific gene expression of ferret neocortex germinal zone between lateral gyrus and lateral sulcus

To investigate the candidate genes for gyrification of ferret neocortex,we used bulk RNA sequencing (bulk RNA-seq) to analyze the different gene expression between gyrus and sulcus of ferret neocortex. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of paired lateral gyrus and lateral sulcus at postnal day 4. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for germinal zone of lateral gyrus and lateral sulcus.
