The 2020 composting test dataset of the chicken manure demonstration project was obtained from the project's demonstration base. An aerobic composting experiment of chicken manure was conducted here to investigate the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus contents, with the collected data covering the moisture content, organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus of the mixture of chicken manure and vegetable straw during the composting process.
