Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been confirmed as key molecules regulating the progression of PE, but their specific mechanisms of action in the dynamic changes of ECM remain unclear. Here we aimed to explore the key circRNA involved in the pathogenesis of PE, clarify the molecular mechanism that regulate ECM remodeling and the development of PE.
