GEP on Affymetrix HuGene-1.0-ST arrays was performed on 14 BM-MSCs and 14 autologus paired ASCs in order to explore the biological significance of tissue source (bone marrow vs adipose tissue) in MSC production. GEP was performed on MSC fractions of 14 BM and 14 autologous paired ASCs at the end of culture (passage 1) (see above growth protocol)
