Diagnostics of organizational structure efficiency of manufacturing enterprise management and liability for labour law violation

The article reveals the
essence of diagnostics of organizational structure efficiency of
manufacturing enterprise management. It is been determined that the
key business indices of the diagnostics system of organizational structure
efficiency of manufacturing enterprise management are: the efficiency level of the managerial
apparatus activity; the performance
level of the enterprise managerial apparatus;
the level of provision of an enterprise management organizational
structure with necessary resources; the level of responsibility of the management
organizational structure for the results of enterprise activity.

It has been ascertained that due violations of labour law<b> </b>of Ukraine
(damage done to the enterprise, violation of rules of labour protection, late payment of wages, illegal dismissal of employees,
impairment of obligation
on collective agreements, etc.) to the guilty employees (executives, workers) can
used financial, disciplinary, administrative and criminal liability.
