This dataset contains the results of miRDeep2 analysis for microRNA identification in different strains of Aedes aegypti, with and without Imidacloprid exposure. The files are structured as follows: 01-MTI: miRDeep2 results for microRNAs from the Martínez de la Torre strain exposed to Imidacloprid, aligned against the Aedes aegypti genome. 02-NOI: miRDeep2 results for microRNAs from the New Orleans strain exposed to Imidacloprid, aligned against the Aedes aegypti genome. 03-MT: miRDeep2 results for microRNAs from the Martínez de la Torre strain not exposed to Imidacloprid, aligned against the Aedes aegypti genome. 04-NO: miRDeep2 results for microRNAs from the New Orleans strain not exposed to Imidacloprid, aligned against the Aedes aegypti genome. 05-Data_Distribution.xlsx: Sheet 1: microRNA abundance data.
