Planarian TF Knockdown Response Dataset

This dataset comprises RNA sequencing data from a study on planarian flatworms, where specific transcription factors (TFs) were knocked down to investigate their roles in neural regeneration. The study targeted TFs such as tcf1, nkx2.1, otxA, and pknox, analyzing their impact on gene expression after 10 dpa of planarian regeneration. Only the head piece was taken for analysis.Three replicates were used for each knockdown consisting of 10 worms each. This dataset allowed us to determine that the transcription factors affect different genes.
