We report ChIP-seq of Polycomb proteins and 4sU-seq data using cell-cycle fractions in mouse embryonic stem cells Overall design: ChIP-seq samples for Ezh2, Jarid2, EPOP, EloB and Ser5-RNAPII obtained from cell-cycle sorted Fucci-mESCs (G1, S, G2-M fractions). 4sU-seq data in Fucci-mESCs of each cell-cycle sample. ChIP-seq of Ser5-RNAPII and 4sU-seq across cell-cycle in Jarid2 -/- Fucci-mESCs.
