Supporting data and analysis code for: PARP inhibitors with immune checkpoint blockade in advanced solid tumors: a systematic review of component contributions, treatment context and biomarker evidence

Aggregate trial and outcome extractions, search strategies, outcome-specific risk-of-bias and certainty assessments, and Python analysis code supporting the systematic review PARP inhibitors with immune checkpoint blockade in advanced solid tumors: a systematic review of component contributions, treatment context and biomarker evidence. The review includes 41 reports representing 29 trial families and three restricted two-trial progression-free-survival syntheses. The archive contains 35 files, including 23 CSV datasets, documented appraisal judgments, supplementary methods and results, and the Python script for the quantitative analyses. The two endometrial synthesis strata share trials. Individual participant data and publisher article PDFs are not included. Extract the archive and begin with README.md, the data index, METHODS.md and DATA_DICTIONARY.csv. Source attribution and analysis scope are documented within the archive.
