资源简介:
This project contains the ambient vibration data of eleven buildings located in Mexico City obtained during a reconnaissance trip 5 months after the 2017 earthquake. The reconnaissance team included researchers from the University at Buffalo, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, UC San Diego, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and was led by Purdue University. The instrumented structures include four schools, one high-rise building, as well as residential buildings. For four of the residential buildings, lidar scans were also obtained by the reconnaissance team.
The structural system in all cases involved a combination of RC walls and columns, and masonry infill panels. The buildings had varying levels of damage due to the 2017 earthquake. The recorded acceleration data can be used to obtain the modal frequencies and mode shapes of the damaged building, while the lidar data can be used to quantify residual deformations and damage features.
