Shown is the distribution of BuGZ (red), GFP (green) and DNA (blue) in colorectal adenocarcinoma HT29 cells expressing GFP-RNAse H1 and a control siRNA. This imaging series shows that GFP-RNase H1, but not GFP, represses BuGZ depletion-induced DNA damage in HT29 cells.
