Transcriptomes of bacterial motility differences

The difference in bacterial motility is due to the intensification of proton-driven motility caused by different concentrations of external hydrogen ions (HM, 1.2*10^-7; LM, 2.5*10^-5). Biofilm communities were grown and enriched on soft agar, and transcriptome analysis was performed.
